WinBUGS code for differential expression

This is the code for the model in Lewin et al. 2006, Biometrics.

• WinBUGS code
  This file has code for both exchangeable and equal variance models (equal variance parts commented out). Also includes mixed predictive checks.
• Example data files
  Very small files! Only 100 'genes'. Simulated data.
• WinBUGS script
  Script commands can be commented out during the MCMC iterations, if necessary.
