BATMAN: Bayesian AuTomated Metabolite Analyser for NMR spectra
BATMAN is an R Package that deconvolves resonance peaks from NMR spectra and obtains
concentration estimates for the corresponding metabolites automatically.
Parallel processing is available if processing several spectra.
